How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because our soaps are handmade in small batches, occasional delays may occur during high-demand releases.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us and we will make it right.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. That said, we will always do our best to help you locate or resolve any issues.

How do I make my soap last longer?
To extend the life of your bar:
Keep it on a well-draining soap dish
Allow it to dry fully between uses
Avoid letting it sit in standing water
Can I cut my bar?
Yes. Cutting your bar in half can help it last longer and makes it easier to manage while the remaining portion stays preserved.
How should I store unused soap?
Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight. Proper storage helps maintain quality and can even improve longevity over time.

What ingredients do you use?
We use a carefully selected blend of high-quality oils and butters, along with fragrance oils, botanicals, and natural additives depending on the design.
Do you list all ingredients?
Yes. Every product includes a full ingredient list both on the label and on our website so you can make informed choices.
Do your soaps contain lye?
All true soap is made with lye. During the soapmaking process (saponification), the lye is fully transformed and no longer remains in its original form in the finished bar.
Do you use nut oils?
We intentionally avoid nut oils in our formulations to be mindful of common allergies. However, some batches may include almond milk, so please review each ingredient list carefully.
Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are formulated to be gentle and skin-loving, but every individual is different. If you have sensitivities, we recommend reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before full use.

Are your soaps handmade?
Yes. Every bar is handmade in small batches, from mixing to pouring to cutting and finishing.
Do you restock the same soaps?
Not always. Many of our soaps are released as limited runs. Once a batch is gone, it may not return in the same form again.

Can I place a custom or bulk order?
For special requests, events, or bulk orders, please contact us directly. We are happy to discuss availability and options.
Do your soaps expire?
Handmade soap does not expire in the traditional sense, but for best scent and performance, we recommend using within 6–12 months.
Why does my soap look slightly different from photos?
Because each bar is handmade, slight variations in color, design, and texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.
